Cancellation Policy

Because appointment availability at the Sacred Grove Holistic Fair is very limited (five sessions) payment is required to reserve your session. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and for honoring the time reserved especially for you.
