Creating an Authentic Relationship
with Yourself

An 8-week Group Program to start your journey of personal transformation

“The journey to experiencing the love you desire truly begins with you. How well you love yourself determines how well you are loved by others.”

 

Authenticity and balance for your life is possible, even if you have spent years looking after the needs of others and fulfilling expectations that are not your own.

​

Let’s set aside some time to work together, to learn about and recognize different aspects of yourself – emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. This will help you make sense of your own being, so that you feel more harmonious within, providing a starting place to begin working on harmony with others.

​

By the end of the eight weeks, you will be confident that support is available for you, and you will start to provide nurturing for yourself, using the many tools you will discover throughout the program. 

Course Outline
Week-by-Week 

Week One

  • Begin to transform your relationship with yourself in a deep and kind way. 

  • Learn to create ceremony, which connects you with the sacredness in you and in all. Ceremony will be the holy container in which you set your intention for the program and for your healing.

 

Week Two

  • Create balance within, as you learn about the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental parts of yourself. 

  • Discover the Medicine Wheel tool, which we use for self-diagnosis, healing and balancing. 

 

Week Three

  • Learn about the many ways support is available to you in your life. 

  • Create a personal ceremony with the Fire element, the first of our elemental tools. Fire will help you release hurt and move further into balance, feeling your spirit awakened.

 

Week Four

  • Understand the emotional part of you more deeply and learn to balance it. 

  • Create a personal ceremony with the Water element.

 

Week Five

  • Learn how to love, nurture and honor your physical body.

  • Create a personal ceremony with the Earth element.

 

Week Six

  • Initiate healing and peace within your mental being.

  • Create a personal ceremony with the Air element.

 

Week Seven

  • Learn about the sacred energies in your life and how to connect with them. These energies support, guide and protect you. They help you in your journey through life. 

  • We will use the tool of a shamanic journey to meet with your personal sacred guides.

 

Week Eight 

  • Reflect on your learning, growth, and transformation after eight weeks and honor the work you have done, using the tool called Medicine Wheel of Reflection. 

  • Create a ceremony to receive new direction from the sacred guides you met in week 7.

I have a busy schedule. Is live participation required?

You will have the best experience if you can participate live in the live Q&A sessions. However, if you can’t always participate live, you will have access to the recordings of each session.

 

Do I need special software or hardware?

To participate fully in video teachings, mentor groups, and practice group meetings, you need a webcam and computer headset.
